Fall Retreat is an opportunity for young adults (18-33) to turn down the noise of the world and tune their hearts to hear the voice of God. The weekend includes teaching from Eric Saunders, community with other young adults, and intentional rest at Rockbridge Alum Springs. Full refunds are available for cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of Fall Retreat. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received within 14 days of the retreat start date. Transportation challenges, including not being able to secure a ride to and from the retreat, are not valid reasons for a refund. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, and transportation-related issues will not qualify for a refund exception. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. All requests will be reviewed through an approval process, and applicants will be notified of the final decision once the review is complete. Scholarship Process: Scholarships are available through a separate scholarship application process and must be completed before retreat registration. Individuals requesting financial assistance must submit a scholarship request form by September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Scholarship requests received after this deadline will not be considered. Applications will go through an approval process, and approved applicants will receive a scholarship discount code. This code must be entered during retreat registration; therefore, participants seeking a scholarship should complete the scholarship process and receive approval before registering for the retreat.
